Armed Security Guard - Camp Bondsteel Kosovo (Overseas) Location: Overseas, Camp Bondsteel Pristina, Kosovo Employment Type: Full-time Benefits First-Year Completion Bonus Sign-on Bonus Summary The Armed Security Guard provides security, installation access control, roving patrols, surveillance, monitoring and overall safeguarding to the installation and its tenants. This is a United States Army installation, including access gym, workout facility, PX, Burger King, and MWR. Requirements U.S. Citizen Two (2) years’ experience in armed security, armed law enforcement, or performed operations within the Armed Forces, civilian police or commercial security while armed within the past 10 years Completed a State recognized civilian security or law enforcement academy, or an armed forces security or law enforcement training program. Verification such as a training certificate or DD214 (honorable discharge) must be provided Current/active U.S. Passport Willing to undergo an NCIC/FBI criminal background report to include fingerprints. Clean criminal history with no convictions or major traffic offenses Experience and knowledge of security operations Experience with basic force protection Excellent written and oral communication skills Medically fit and undergo medical testing Pass a Physical Ability Test (run 1.5 miles in 17:30 minutes and 21 pushups in two minutes). Strictly enforced, no waivers Willing to undergo random drug testing upon request Regular working hours 48 hours per week, with possible shifts and overtime Maintain necessary physical fitness to ensure completion of assigned missions under local weather and terrain, and meet all physical and medical requirements as dictated by the U.S. Government client’s contract May require a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (CGS-Kosovo can sponsor new clearances) #J-18808-Ljbffr
