What You'll Be Doing

As an Audio Visual Technician / Lead Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, operating, and breaking down audio, video, and lighting equipment for events.
• Troubleshooting technical issues to ensure seamless event execution.
• Collaborating with event planners, producers, and other crew members to meet client expectations.
• Maintaining and organizing equipment to ensure it’s in top working condition.
• Adhering to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who:

• Have a passion for audio-visual technology and live events.
• Are reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and can adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• While no prior experience is required, any background in AV, live events, or technical work is a plus!
