About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Data Entry Analyst to assist with maintaining accurate records, reviewing business information, updating databases, and preparing basic reports.
The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, pays close attention to detail, and is willing to learn new software and data management systems. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience while contributing to the smooth operation of daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in company databases and spreadsheets.
Review records for missing information, inconsistencies, and potential errors.
Organize digital files, documents, and business records.
Perform basic data analysis to identify patterns, discrepancies, and trends.
Prepare and update spreadsheets, summaries, and routine reports.
Verify information across multiple sources to maintain data accuracy.
Support administrative and operational teams with data-related tasks.
Maintain confidentiality when handling business information.
Meet assigned deadlines and follow established data management procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written communication and time management.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Willingness to learn new software and data management tools.
Previous experience is not required; training will be provided.
