Job Description

• This role is more of an executive admin role with some event planning/research duties.
• Event Coordination duties - Researching events for markets to attend (festivals, trade shows) to generate leads for remodels
• Performs lead sheet audits
• Data Entry - Entering in info from lead sheets
• Using internal scheduling software "Humanity" for entering work shifts for events
• Auditing new hire paperwork
• Payroll - Entering in Payroll bonuses and mileage only (no payroll system, they use spreadsheets)
• Tracking expense receipts submitted for Expense reports
• Booking hotels (small portion of the job)
• Heavy data entry
• Detail oriented
• Fun personality
