Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes. Requirements Licensing: Must have an active insurance license in the state of Oklahoma or be willing to obtain one within the first 30 days of employment. Licensing assistance available. Previous Sales Experience: Prior successful experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred, but not necessary. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
