Previous sales or insurance experience is preferred, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. Requirements Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License. Active Texas Life & Health License. Prior experience in insurance sales or a similar customer‑facing role. Strong comfort level with computers and navigating digital insurance platforms. A clear, confident, and friendly voice when speaking with people. High school diploma or equivalent.
