Job Full Description TEMPORARY POSITION UNTIL NOVEMBER 2026 OPPORTUNITY! Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:30am-3:30pm
OR Monday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:00am
Pay: $18.85/HR
Duties: - Comply with all company and site safety rules, PPE requirements, and safe-work practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Follow and complete supervised procedures, processes, and established paint-line policies
- Efficiently load (hang) and unload raw parts from the paint line, ensuring proper placement and spacing
- Perform line setting, part staging, and preparation activities to support smooth production flow
- Understand packaged parts, labeling, and quality requirements for finished components
- Communicate effectively with material handlers, maintenance, and production teams to coordinate workflow
- Assist with supervised maintenance activities on paint-line equipment
- Monitor paint quality, coating thickness, and finish consistency; report issues promptly
- Support paint application processes, including hanging, prepping, and painting parts as needed
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and working on your feet
- Work safely and efficiently in a hot environment due to ovens and curing equipment
Qualifications: - Previous paint line , industrial painting , or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials frequently throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in high-heat environments near ovens and curing systems
- Understanding of paint quality, surface preparation, and coating standards
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with material handlers, maintenance, and production teams
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to cross-train and support multiple areas of the paint line
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety
