5:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Thursday)
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming - Mix paint and coatings to achieve desired colors and consistencies - Apply paint with a pneumatic spray gun - Ensure even coverage and smooth finish - Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with hazardous materials - Maintain painting equipment and tools - Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role - Knowledge of auto painting, construction painting, and airless paint spraying techniques - Familiarity with mechanical processes and materials handling - Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint - Proficiency in using hand tools for surface preparation - Understanding of safety procedures and protocols in an industrial environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
