Job Description

Thompson First Group is seeking an Industrial Painter for a temporary to hire opportunity for a local client in Aston, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Perform surface preparation by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required
• Apply paint using brushing, rolling, and spray techniques
• Operate sprayers efficiently and effectively
• Use wet/dry mill gauge to ensure proper paint thickness
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete assigned painting projects within given deadlines
• Work independently or as part of a team, as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an industrial painter
• Proficient in brushing, rolling, and spray painting techniques
• Familiarity with operating airless sprayers
• Knowledge of using a wet/dry mill gauge to measure paint thickness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
