About the Role:

Elevate Care Providers LLC is seeking compassionate and skilled PRN LPNs and RNs for Private Duty Nursing opportunities in Brentwood, MO. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, one-on-one private duty nursing care to patients in home or facility settings
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per physician orders
• Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members regarding patient progress
• Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, and IV therapy as applicable
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout all care interactions

Requirements:

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri in good standing
• Previous private duty, home health, or clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a PRN capacity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Brentwood, MO and surrounding areas
