· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Should have experience in working with senior stakeholders in the client organization
· Scrum certification mandatory
· 3+ years of experience working in Agile projects
· Healthcare experience preferred
· Strong technology background
· Should be hands-on and be able to work in a complex and challenging environment
· Should be able to coach and mentor the team on Agile as the team is moving towards Agile and also contribute in the overall Waterfall to Agile transformation
