Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team in following Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-maintained product backlog.
• Remove impediments and blockers to keep the team focused and productive.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and communication across development teams and stakeholders.
• Track and report on team performance, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices while adapting them to the team's needs.
• Mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and practices.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams in adopting Agile practices.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Experience working in Scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus) environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in software development or IT project delivery.
