If you believe in hard work, loyalty, integrity, maintaining a positive mindset, and enjoying the journey along the way, you'll fit right in.What You'll Be DoingPrepare parts and materials for industrial coatingsSandblast and hand-prep surfaces for paint applicationMix coatings according to manufacturer specificationsApply industrial coatings using the appropriate equipment and techniquesMeasure blast profiles along with wet and dry film thicknessInspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standardsMaintain equipment and keep your work area clean and organizedSafely handle materials and dispose of hazardous waste according to company proceduresHelp improve processes by suggesting better tools or equipmentSupport teammates and assist with additional projects as neededWhat You BringExperience with industrial painting, blasting, or coating applications preferredAbility to read and follow instructions in EnglishStrong work ethic and attention to detailDependable attendance and positive attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, scissor lifts, and similar equipmentValid driver's license and authorization to work in the United StatesPhysical RequirementsThis position requires standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures and environments.Why HotKote?
